My wife and I just returned from a fun time in Texas for Circles Conference. Though this was only the second year of Circles, Ismael and team put on an awesome conference and really outdid themselves. I was privileged to share the stage with the other amazing speakers and left feeling reenergized and inspired. My talk was titled "Building a Brand: How Details Make the Difference" and I shared some of the specific things that I have learned over these past 5 years of designing and running Ugmonk.
It's always humbling to meet people that have been following my journey and supporting Ugmonk throughout the years. Looking on from the outside people probably think we are crazy to be friends with our competitors and share our "trade secrets" but that camaraderie and mutual support for each other is what makes our industry so great.
If you are a creative of any type I highly recommend checking out Circles next year. The video of my talk and other talks should be posted online soon. Thanks to everyone who made this event a big success!
