Here is a comparison of a natural leather mousepad that I've been using for 2 years (left) and a brand new one (right). The leather has darkened to a rich honey brown color and developed a beautiful patina from the countless hours I spend dragging my mouse back and forth. What I love about using natural leather is how it adapts and conforms to the individual user and continues to get better with age. It's rare these days, but some thing actually get better with time.
