If you've been following the blog, you may remember last year I hired my mom to take care of all of the Ugmonk shipping and fulfillment. Part of that plan involved moving all of our inventory to my parent's house. Little did they know what they were getting into and Ugmonk quickly filled up their empty rooms and has now taken over the entire upstairs.
The next step was to finish off their basement and move all of the inventory down there where there's more room to expand. Thankfully my dad is handy and has been doing a great job transforming the space (with some help from my brothers and me). We're making good progress, but still have a little way to go before it's completed. I'll post a full walkthrough once we have everything finished and setup, but for now I thought I'd post a few in-progress shots.
